<DIV>We migrated from RT 3.0.4 to 3.0.10 and from mysql to oracle. We seem to have an issue with adding new watchers to a ticket. When searching in mysql for a watcher to add, case didn't matter, but now after going to Oracle case does matter. All of our users are populated via a external script pulling from LDAP and they all have caps in their names, so users searching with all lowercase letters end up not finding the watcher. Does anyone else have this issue? Searching in the content field does not produce the error, so I am guessing case is factored in on that search, but not on the modifypeople page. </DIV>

<DIV>I assume it is the mysql to oracle migration, but I didn't check if 3.0.4 to 3.0.10 on mysql produced the same problem too.</DIV>

<DIV>Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,</DIV>
