know this is an issue discussed before but I haven’t found a solution
yet. I have the following specs:</span></font><o:p></o:p></p>

am having problems with word documents attachments. </span></font> <font
size=2 face=Arial><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial'>Every time</span></font>
<font size=2 face=Arial><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial'>there
is a word attachment with a ticket they are corrupt and unreadable. I
tried upgrading from perl 5.8.0 to 5.8.3 and then upgrading the perl
modules. This had made no difference. Can anyone suggest
anything.</span></font><o:p></o:p></p>
