It looks like it has been awhile since this question was asked, so I'm

asking today to see if anyone has any updates on it:<br>

1) Has anyone performed integration with Bugzilla, such that ticket

information is automatically transferred from RT3 to Bugzilla, or visa

versa?<br>

<br>

2) Has anyone succesfully integrated authentication with existing ldap

directories? I did read a post from someone, how hacked one of the

.pm's, but just wanted to check and see if that seems to be a viable,

stable, work around.<br>

<br>

My company is considering implementing RT3, and our group will be the

primary owner and user of RT; however, there are existing systems in

place, and I want to find out about ease of integration, if it comes to

that.<br>
