<P>I've been reading this list lately to hopefully get a handle on RT and how it works, before I attempt to install this and deploy it for my company. I am attempting to run RT on a RH9 box. I got all the <SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial">dependences </SPAN>to work and ran the make install with out any problems. But then when I ran the make initialize-database I run into some errors. Basically my problem is this:</P>

<P>When I run the "make initialize-database" I get</P>
<P>/usr/bin/perl: relocation error: <BR>/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.0/i386-linux-thread-multi/auto/DBD/mysql/mysql.so: undefined symbol: mysql_init<BR>make: *** [initialize-database] Error 127<BR><BR>Any ideas????<BR><BR>Thanks,</P>
