I dodon't know if this has been addressed yet, but I assume it is a

common request.

I would like to add more choices for the status field. Since these are

predefined by the system, is there an easy way to do this? Ideally, I

wish status was a user-defined field; however, I realize that might

complicate or take away from the the functionality of this field.
