upgrade RT from 3.0.8 to 3.2.1 and I must say I'm impressed. One little
issue I have is that on the user's home page in 3.0.8, it shows the "xx
highest priority tickets I requested" while in 3.2.1, the home page shows the
"xx newest unowned tickets". I would love for 3.2.1 to show the user's
tickets they requested. Is there any simple and easy way to do
that?</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
