3.2.1. The tickets are listed, but the do not contain links so you can

- no upgrade. Brand new database as well. And still no links.
I also manually upgraded all perl modules.</FONT></DIV>

searching for the problem? RT3.0.9 continues to work 100%</FONT></DIV>
