there is a config option to display the real name or nickname instead of the
userid. I have set up RT to use the lan id's and they are pretty cryptic and
mostly numeric. Hard to recognize who updated a ticket, or owns etc. Would be
nice to display instead the real name or nick name instead of the userid, or in
addition to the userid.</SPAN></FONT></DIV>
