does anyone use RT3 on FC3, Apache2.0.52, mod_perl1.99 and Oracle. I'm having difficulty with Icelandic special chars. These characters seem to be lost or cause problems when submitted to RT.  In my logs I get<BR>

Malformed UTF-8 character (overflow at 0xe087ffff, byte 0xbf, after start byte 0xbf) in substitution (s///) <BR>

<BR>

But have been unable to figure out why this happens.  I'm actually running the system with the env LANG=POSIX but have tryied en_US.iso-8859-1, en_US.UTF8 and various other LANGs<BR>
