Barnacle Bob [rt-users] Strange Issues 4 messages Ben Blakely Tuesday, December 21, 2004 9:25:04 PM GMT-05:00 To: rt-users@lists.bestpractical.com Hey Guys, I have a queue setup that has a scrip that creates a ticket on resolve using a custom template to define the queue, status, content etc... Im having a problem with the scrip actually creating the ticket. The debug file indicates the scrip is being executed using the correct template, but a ticket isnt actually being created... Any suggestions? Thanks, Ben Blakely http://lists.bestpractical.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/rt-users Be sure to check out the RT wiki at http://wiki.bestpractical.com _______________________________________________ Andy Harrison Wednesday, December 22, 2004 11:47:06 AM GMT-05:00 To: Ben Blakely Cc: rt-users@lists.bestpractical.com On Tue, 21 Dec 2004 21:25:04 -0500, Ben Blakely wrote: > Hey Guys, > > I have a queue setup that has a scrip that creates a ticket on resolve > using a custom template to define the queue, status, content etc... Besides, the CreateTicket perldoc indicates you should use: Content: Blah blah blah ENDOFCONTENT You have the ENDOFCONTENT part, but not the beginning Content: part. -- [Quoted text hidden]
