<DIV>Hi everyone,<BR>Please, can anyone help me out with this. I'm trying to create a query string that can be used in rt-crontool to send timed notifications but i'm not getting the expected results.</DIV>
<DIV>The query string i'm using is:</DIV>
<DIV>Status != 'resolved'  AND Created = '2 hours'  AND Queue = 'InternetAccess' . Actually, what i want is to be able to obtain tickets that have not been resolved in exactly 2 hours from the internet access queue, but my result is showing tickets that were created over 2 hours ago, like 12hours ago..Am i feeding in the wrong parameters? Please, any assistance would be greatly appreciated.</DIV>
