Hi,<br>

I am evaluating the approval process in RT. I implemented this process as

recommended in the admin guide (appendix 5) and I can get messages in the

<u>Approvals</u> queue. <br><br>

I would like to know 

<ul>

<li>How to notify by email the people in charge of doing the approval?

<li>Is it possible to set up different Approvals queues?
