Can’t remember off the top of my head but essentially there’s 2 ways of installing CPAN modules and you need to use the one <B>not</B> mentioned on the install guide on Wiki.<BR>

Has anybody had any luck with RHEL4 & RT? I've only setup RT with <BR>
Debian, where it's just somewhat plug & play. <BR>
with RHEL4 I'm not having so much luck. using CPAN to install all of <BR>
the requisite perl modules has left me in a <BR>
state of perl-module version purgatory, especially with MIME::Entity and <BR>
Test::WWW:Mechanize .. Is there a special <BR>
magic to this installation? <BR>
