<BR><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">So when i add a new ticket, i can add another different job number.</FONT>


<BR><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">That's okay and works fine, but is there a possibility that i can perform a query and use that custom field as criteria ?</FONT></P>
