<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">1) Is it possible to add new STATUS fields ?</FONT>
<BR> <FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">new you have new, open, resolved etc but i want to add a few more...</FONT>

<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">2) we have a company that is already using some sort of ticket program so they want to continue with the tickets they have</FONT></P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">11470 and so....so i don't want to add 11470 tickets before they can start using it! :)</FONT>
