Hi guys,<BR>

I have progressed with my auto-department idea.. to the following:<BR>

<BR>

I've create a custom USER field, called "user_dept"...<BR>

I've also created a custom TICKET field, called "ticket_dept"...<BR>

<BR>

I'd like to create a scrip, oncreate, which sets the value of the ticket_dept to the value of the user_dept for the user.<BR>

<BR>

I've looked at some of the sample scrips available on the website, and some do part of what I want to do, but I'm having trouble understanding how to put it together. Could somebody give me some tips, or point me in the right direction?<BR>
