What was done was that <BR><BR>1. RH9 -> FC3<BR>2. Apache2.0.48 -> Apache2.0.52<BR>3. mod_perl-1.99_14 - modperl-1.99_17<BR>4. using DBD::Oracle 1.16<BR>5. Oracle 9.2.0<BR>6. RT 3.0.10<BR><BR>I've not been able after the upgrade to insert the accented char<BR>correctly, I'm wondering if anyone has a similar setup and stumbled into<BR>similar problem.<BR><BR>BR.
