RTFM seems to be working (I've only played with it for 45 mins) except that I
can't seem to include any custom content when I Reply (using www interface) a
ticket and click to include an article. When I do so, it

applies to RTFM Articles of type Fill in one text area (I've tried wiki and
others as well). The content of "body" in article #2 is filled out but
as you can see isn't making it.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

a class called TestClass and a topic of TestTopic.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
