This should create a nobody:nobody ticket with no subject and contents of /etc/aliases in this case. I know on my system i _have_ to have the ipaddress for url on /etc/aliases, it would not play nice with just putting rt.domain, maybe you have the same issue?<BR>
<BR>
As far as the logs you need to create a /opt/rt3/var/log/rt.log and give it www:www ownership (check your siteconfig for details on setting this up).<BR>
