come upon the need of deleting an attachment</SPAN></FONT></DIV>

ticket has the same document attached 3 times (not</SPAN></FONT></DIV>

class=005075021-17112005>done intentionally). I don't see any direct way
of dropping the attachment from the ticket. Am I</SPAN></FONT></DIV>
