I'm new to linux, and extremely new to RT (i love RT as a user, but i'd like to install it myself and use it elsewhere).<BR>
I'm following the step by step guide on the bestpractical web sibe, but it's not clear enouh, and has missing pois.<BR>
You've told me to run this command (<FONT COLOR="#000000">cpan DBD::Pg</FONT>), witch asks me a lot of questions that i cannot answer.<BR>

I've been to cpan's web site where i've seen that this is a POSTgreSQL driver for the DBI module, but i've got mysql installed no postgresql.<BR>
Can you (or anybody) help?<BR>
I'd like a guide for dummies.<BR>
