3.2. When I look at the database schema after the dump I noticed that there are
changes to the tables and columns, for example, table Watchers does not exist
and new table Principals was created. Is this normal behavior in RT 3.x. We
need to make sure that new database is valid before we test the RT.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
