font-family:Arial'>Anyway, we have created a number of custom fields. There are
going to be times that a drop down list value of a custom filed may need to be changed.
Of course what the value changes, we want to make changes on Tickets or Asset
accordingly. Without going into the ObjectCustomFieldValues table and make the change
manually, is there a nice way to do a bulk update on custom fields? I am
running rt V3.4.4 and I do not see the capability at present. If there is a
patch available, it would be nice to have.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
