I've been trying to integrate RT and SVN, but had no success yet.<BR>
It seems the PullUpdate.html is not updating the ticket status upon request.<BR>
I noticed that the piece of code inside the statement <I><U>if ( $ticket && $ticket->id ) { ... }</U></I><U> </U>(line 77) is never executed.<BR>
Please see below some of my settings.<BR>
