stupid question, I'm new to RT and I've been looking into this for a little

queues for users without e-mail, they use RT to track what work they have
outsourced to another company.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

<DIV><SPAN class=208265500-03042006><FONT face=Arial size=2>For this, they have
a whole bunch of selectable custom fields in their new ticket creation. However,
they don't use the e-mail "requestors, admin cc and cc" fields, and the
"Subject" is really their "Job number"</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
<DIV><SPAN class=208265500-03042006><FONT face=Arial
size=2></FONT></SPAN> </DIV>
<DIV><SPAN class=208265500-03042006><FONT face=Arial size=2>I am wondering how
easy it is for me to change this new ticket creation window for that queue to
remove things I don't need?</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
