set to record outgoing emails, which it did on all tickets, now the 

system doesnt seem to record emails in the ticket history at all any more.

Perhaps you had changed your PATH to find the right perl

and when you rebooted the past was lost and now the

wrong perl is being found. Did you install a second perl?

We didnt install a second perl STD Fedora Core 4 install<br>

[root@ftp1 ~]# which perl<br>

/usr/bin/perl<br>

[root@ftp1 ~]# perl -v<br>

This is perl, v5.8.6 built for i386-linux-thread-multi<br>

Emails used to be recorded in the history, and now they aren't at all.<br>

When I log out of RT for some reason we get this in the error log<br>

[Wed Apr  5 11:37:38 2006] [err]: Couldn't load  from the users

database.<br>

Not sure if that has any relevance.<br>
