Hello,<br>we want to change the RT name but to make sure that the old correspondence is not lost we want to be able to receive emails with both RT names. I did try to change <a href="http://emailparser.pm">emailparser.pm</a>
 but no luck.<br>Has anyone succeeded? There is a little help in Wiki and I hope I can update it once all is OK.<br>Regards<br>Vladimir<br>
