Comment (question) to a ticket <u>that he does not own</u>, <u>nor is he a
watcher on</u> – he is just someone who is concerned about that ticket’s
progress. Tom, the ticket’s owner, clicks the Reply button <i><span
style='font-style:italic'>on Bill’s Comment</span></i> to answer his question.
The ticket is updated with Tom’s answer, but Bill never receives that
answer via email.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
