<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Verdana">Can someone point me which file (/Pref/MyRT, etc) I should modify to cater the default view of the '10 highest priority tickets I own'? The reason behind is I have added more custom fields on the Status field record (e.g. Work-in-Progress, Pre-stage, etc) which I wanted to display over there. (Now it's only showed the 'Open' & 'New' as default' and I want to show those including the new custom fields too). </FONT></P>
