I saw another post on this in the archive and the answer was to check the README and run the db updates. I am upgrading from 3.4.2 and when I run make upgrade i see nothing in /path/to/rt/etc/upgrade .. I don't see that dir at all? I also got the sources for 
3.4.2 and 3.6.1 and diffed the mysql schema and they only differ in one index ? Any Ideas ? <br>
