features of rt3.6.0 I have deleted the coloum loc(Take) from one of the
privilaged user through edit option.</SPAN></FONT></DIV>

user is unable to take ticket as no link of Take is there as
such.</SPAN></FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2><SPAN class=459523806-21112006>Can anyone guide how
to retrieve this Take option.</SPAN></FONT></DIV>
