rt-3.4.5. My problem is, when i reply to a stalled ticket and i don't want
change the status, the rt-system set the status to open. I know, that the reason
of this is the autoopen-script. But i don't understand, why rt-2.0.4, the
system that i used before, Doesn't do that, nevertheless the script
exists.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
