seeing some strange behavior in IE (6 and 7) on version 3.6.3 of RT / Apache /

become "cutup" and you have to refresh to get the page to realign.
Resizing the browser window also works.</SPAN></FONT></DIV>

this? Does anyone know what may be causing it? Is it perhaps that
Apache is sending back data to soon? Should it cache the data locally then
submit all at once (sorry can't remember what that's called)</SPAN></FONT></DIV>
