<p class=MsoNormal>Hello – I recently just upgraded from version 3.0.10
to 3.6.3.. I migrated to a new server – moved the database over –
did all the schema/content/acl updates needed for each revision – and the
problem is whenever I click on Comment or Reply it will create an entry in the
ticket when I clicked on the links “comment” or “reply”
– without typing anything in yet and submitting. Once I do submit it will
create another entry in the ticket with the actual submission information but
it will list an extra empty “comment added” or “correspondence
added” entry directly above the new entry..<o:p></o:p></p>
