Hi,<br><br>I just installed the RT and i have found that whenever i create a new ticket it will<br>take almost 62-65 second to complete the process.<br><br>Can you please tell me any ways to improve the speed.<br><br>I have a local relay ( sendmail / Linux ) for a hosted mail serer in US.
