The easiest way (at least for us) was to have a mail server installed on the RT
box (Postfix in my case) and have it use our SMTP as a

setup on an Ubuntu Dapper install, but I am unsure how to setup outgoing e-mail.
I want to use our company smtp server to send email. How would I go about doing
