is sending e-mails now. But only when i include an e-mail in the cc field. It
doesn't seem to send an e-mail to a requestor and the person it is assigned to.
Is there something special I need to initialize for that to

The easiest way (at least for us) was to have a mail server installed on the RT
box (Postfix in my case) and have it use our SMTP as a
