up and running but i am having problems with the outgoing e-mail. The only time
RT will send an e-mail is if I manually type an e-mail within the CC field of a
ticket and update it. It will not send to a requestor nor a user when they are
assigned a ticket. This is probably a simple fix. Any ideas?</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
