Hi,<br><br>im using rt 3.6.4 on ubuntu.<br><br>1) When a ticket comes in to the queue how can I set it up so I am emailed so I know when things come in and then I want it to email me at each update.<br><br>2) When changing owner of a ticket.. how can I stop it from emailing the requester about this change?<br><br>Thanks in advance!<br><br>Andy<br><blockquote><br><br>
