Well the job is done !!!!!!! Thanks.<br><br>As a superuser one can perform it. <br><br>By enabling "ModifySelf" option, along with the right to change the password, the user gets added rights too( Search Options, Creating Personal groups, RT at a glance).<br>

<br>
I've set my "Privileged Users" to be able to ModifySelf so they can keep their<br>
personal data up-to-date, as well.<br>
