Dear All,<br><br>Ticket creation failed through e-mail. I have allowed the following rights to the group in that queue:<br><br> CommentOnTicket<br>CreateTicket<br>
ReplyToTicket<br>
SeeQueue<br>ShowTicket<br>
ShowTicketComments<br><br>Is there anything I need to do more, or do have to enable the privileged group to create ticket as well.<br><br>I have checked the e-mail settings as well, I don't think the problem is there.<br>
