--<br>{$RT::WebURL}Ticket/Display.html?id={$Ticket->id}<br><br><br>{$Ticket->OwnerObj->EmailAddress}  gives me the email address of the ticket owner, but I want to use the email address of the person who is actually entering an answer.<br>
