I am running RT 3.6.4 and I have a very simple question.<BR>
<BR>
Is it possible to supply dynamic content in an users signature?<BR>
<BR>
i.e. we want to be able to put a link to a website in the users<BR>
signature that will link to a page that creates a feedback response and<BR>
we want to be able to include the relevant ticket number in the<BR>
signature as in:<BR>
<BR>
"We value your opinion and we would like to hear about your experience<BR>
with our Support department. Please click <<here>> to submit feedback<BR>
on this support ticket.<BR>
<BR>
Where <<here>> would be something like<BR>
<a href="http://www.website.com/ticketfeedback?id=123456" target="_blank">http://www.website.com/ticketfeedback?id=123456</a> (where 123456 would be <BR>
the number of the RT ticket)?<BR>
<BR>
Any help would be greatly appreciated.<BR>
