<P><FONT SIZE=2>Are you talking about the "Graphs" that show ticket relationships? If so, try doing a search for "hierarchy view" on the archives, you should find a post I put up on how I got it working. I used CentOS, but you'll be looking for the same software anyway.<BR>

I have RT 3.8.1 installed on Ubuntu Server.<BR>
<BR>
Since the install we have been unable to get any graphical charts.<BR>
<BR>
I have looked a few posts but could not find the required packages that needs to be installed on the Ubuntu server to get this to work.<BR>

Can somebody maybe provide me with the details of what needs to be installed to the graphics to function.<BR>

Also are there some configurations that needs to happen in the app or background code to enable this?<BR>
