have external authentication set to AD LDAP and it works fine.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

problem now is when a end user sends an email from <a
href="mailto:xxx@gmail.com">xxx@gmail.com</a> to, RT 3.8 gives an error saying that
the user cant be loaded from ldap and rt doesnt have the right configuration to
create the user in the databse (internal).<o:p></o:p></span></p>
