response templates.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>I have a public site which users can open tickets
on, I want to prepare some response templates which I can reply to the
requestors.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>The templates are common response which I do not
want to write or use copy/paste to reply. I want to either change status or add
custom field which will generate the pre-prepared response
automatically.</FONT></DIV>
