<div dir="ltr">Hi,<br><br>I have set up RT and configured the mail correctly, when a user creates a ticket he gets the Autoreply template content with "From:" field = Queue Description.<br>When I reply to a ticket, the user gets the "From:" field with my name and the queue email address.<br>
<br>How can I set the "from:" field to be always the Queue Description?<br>I tried to edit the Blank template and put "From: Queue Desc." but it did not work...<br><br>any suggestions?<br> </div>
