<P class=MsoNormal>Hi, I had a user respond to a ticket via the web interface
but all the system captured was her pre-populated signature block. The
message itself wasn't recorded. I stood at her desk while she showed me
exactly what she had done and of course it worked perfectly. Any
suggestions how I should troubleshoot?
