<div dir="ltr">Hello everyone,<br><br>I'm a begginer in RT, i installed rt3.8.1, and i want to generate tickets by email, for that i installed RT-Extension-CommandByMail0.06, all the commands woke except those of Custom Field, to resolve this prolem i installed ExtractCostomFieldValues, it workes for the new custom fields, but when i test it with the old Custom Field it dosn't work, <br>
I change this line:<br><font color="black" size="2" face="Verdana,Arial,Helvetica"><font color="black" size="2" face="Verdana,Arial,Helvetica"><font color="#007777">last if $line !~ /^(?:(\S+)\s*?:\s*?(.*)\s*?|)$/; <br> with <br>
