Hi RT Admins/Users<br><br>I want to stop attachemt received at RT, means RT is configured in a way that it should not receive any attachment throug mails.<br>is there any way to configure RT in such a way.<br><br>i try to use DropAttachments like methods but attachemts are still there<br>
